First, we'll ask you to tell us a bit about yourself. Just some basic information about your qualifications and so on.
If you think you might need support during the application process, you can let us know at this point too, and we'll be happy to make any reasonable adjustments.
Once we've received your application, we'll send you a link to our online assessment. There are three parts to this: cognitive, numerical and behavioural. And the whole thing should take around 30 minutes for apprentices and 50 minutes for graduates to complete.
Pass the online assessment, and the next step is a telephone interview. This will be with a member of our recruitment team. The interview is designed to gauge your understanding of, and suitability for the role. It also includes some situational questions. The whole thing takes around 15 minutes..
Next up is an Assessment Event at the location you've applied to. This is likely to include an individual analysis exercise, a group discussion and depending on the role, a technical test.
The final stage will be a face-to-face, competency-based interview. You'll also get to meet fellow candidates, speak to potential line managers, find out more about the role and learn what it's really like to work with us.
From attending an Assessment Event, it can take up to three weeks to let you know if you've been successful.
If you haven't, we'll still let you know and give you the chance to ask for feedback, in the hope that you'll take that feedback on board and apply again in future.
Intermediate – You’ll work towards a Level 2 qualification through work-based learning whilst also achieving functional skills.
Advanced – You’ll work towards a Level 3 NVQ through work-based learning, which is supported by a knowledge based qualification such as a BTEC.
Higher – You’ll work towards Level 4 through work-based learning which is consolidated by the achievement of a foundation degree.
Full degree – You’ll work towards our work-based learning degree qualification.
This depends on the apprenticeship you are applying for. Please review the vacancies in your location to confirm the exact requirements, however for most of our apprenticeships you will need 4 GCSE’s Grade 4 - 9 (C or above) as a minimum and this may include English Language and Maths.
There’s no set closing date, although we encourage you to apply as soon as possible as the advert will close once all vacancies have been filled for that apprenticeship.
