This is a multi-skilled role in which you will complete a variety of activities depending on the demand at the time with focus on supporting project delivery, allowing you to have a great breadth of experience in reporting, data analytics and issue resolution. What you'll be doing
•Provide a consistent and high-quality service while being flexible to work across boundaries.
•Be able to learn and adapt to a variety of systems and mechanisms to support day to day operations.
•Manage administrative tasks related to your workflow (including bespoke routes) effectively, diligently and within the defined deadlines/SLAs.
•Liaise with the wider HR community to respond to queries and raise to the supervisor for complex cases.
•Contribute to the wider HR Transformation agenda by always applying a continuous improvement lens on the work completed.
•Working closely with other teams to support and resolve problems.
•Brand ownership – have an understanding and awareness of your own personal brand to support the business goals to be Personal, Simple, Brilliant.
Skills and experience
•Confidentiality: Understand the need for confidentiality in regard to documents processed, systems maintained and access to confidential material within the HR community.
•Collaboration: Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues to deliver a first class service, be seen as personable & support each other to achieve SLAs & overcome problems.
•Continuous Improvement: To continually look at ways of improving process and procedures within the HR function to improve the level of support provided to the customer.
•IT Competency: Able to demonstrate basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Applications, specifically Microsoft word and excel.
•Colleague Experience: Delivering a service which goes above and beyond our colleagues expectations, especially when it comes to resolving problems. Showing the customer (our colleagues) how important they are by always interacting in a helpful & positive way.
•Attention to detail: Be able to apply a keen eye for detail across multiple workstreams.
•Organisation: Able prioritise and execute workstreams to support project delivery.
•Communication & Relationships: Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally with colleagues and stakeholders in a clear, supportive and friendly manner, building good & trustworthy relationships.
