We’re looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data, who are keen to develop into a calculation specialist while delivering an exceptional service to colleagues. Previous experience isn’t required as this is a niche role, but a genuine interest in working with data sets and a desire to grow in this area are essential.
What you'll be doing
•Responsible for the administration of the bonus/commission calculation process in line with agreed SLAs and auditable standards, supporting internal bonus payments to sales colleagues
•Responsible for calculating and quality checking accurate bonus/commission payments in line with contractual and pay plan requirements, ensuring data is delivered on time and in accordance with auditable processes
•Proactively work with business partners to identify and resolve data quality issues
•Responsible for the collection and collation of accurate data, working closely with other business areas to ensure information is credible and fit for bonus/commission calculations and reporting
•Handle and resolve commission queries, analysing root causes and recommending improvements to reduce recurring issues
•Build strong relationships with sales, commercial and finance teams to support the end-to-end process
•Generate reports for sign-off and issue statements to customers
Essential Skills / Experience
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general data management systems
•Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, using a range of communication methods
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively
Desirable Skills / Experience
•Experience delivering against monthly deadlines
•Proactively keep relevant stakeholders up to date with appropriate and timely information
•Ability to follow processes (including auditable processes) accurately and consistently
