In 2022, our award winning programme with CAPSLOCK encompassed reskilling 30 colleagues across BT Group, who had no prior experience in Security, into Cyber Security professionals in just 16 weeks.
Our 4 month 'Skills Edge' programme saw 47 front-line engineers across India and Hungary develop their WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Wireless and Security skills. No matter what part of BT you’re in, we’re committed to empower you to grow. That’s why in FY 24/25, we will spend over £8m on our colleagues’ learning and development.

In FY2324, we invested £800k in Technical & Professional digital learning, across 6 world class suppliers, covering over 9K courses. We also ran a 4 month upskilling programme for 24 front line engineers in India and Hungary, enabling them to develop their WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Wireless and Security knowledge.
