About the role

The role is responsible for delivering and coordinating business readiness through project delivery (training, enablement, stakeholder engagement) and helping teams transition to new ways of working. The role has a close working relationship with Programme, Business and People and Culture leadership, and will take an active role in shaping change in a fast-moving AI enabled environment.

The role sits within the UK Business, People Transformation & Change team supporting transformation through the delivery of key projects (70-80%), and reports to the Senior Manager, People Transformation and Change, with day to day direction provided by an assignment manager. The strategic people business partnering comprises around 20-30% of the role and provides support to leaders and managers in the Transformation function, encouraging and developing self-sufficiency, with a dotted line to the People Transformation Director who acts as HRD to the Transformation Function.
