About the role

The Leadership Hiring Professional role sits at the heart of the Executive Recruitment team, acting as a central point of coordination across all executive hiring activity to ensure a seamless and consistent recruitment experience. The role plays a key part in enabling high-quality, efficient leadership hiring decisions, reducing risk and supporting strong business performance while building trust with stakeholders. With both candidate and hiring manager experience at its core, the position provides proactive, personalised support throughout the recruitment process, helping to create positive and lasting impressions that attract and secure exceptional talent. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a variety of business areas while developing skills in recruitment, data analysis, projects, research and people management. You'll also be joining a collaborative and supportive team that values partnership, celebrates each other's successes and fosters an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

What you’ll be doing

External/blended executive recruitment processes:
•Coordinate external/blended candidate and hiring manager processes end to end at ExCo, CLA and CLB level, ensuring a seamless interview process and championing an excellent candidate experience throughout.
•Partner with executive recruiters throughout the end-to-end hiring process, from briefing and first interview through to managing the full leadership assessment process for individual candidates and final interviews.
•Record, track and report on executive hiring activity, maintaining the team database and acting as a critical point of contact for the business alongside the executive recruiter.
•Maintain strong and consistent communication channels between hiring team and candidates throughout, keeping all stakeholders regularly updated on the search statuses.
•Oversee the Leadership Assessment process end to end for your unit specific requests, acting as a point of escalation within the team.
•Contribute to the design of the candidate Leadership Assessment experience, ensuring consistent delivery and strong engagement for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, escalating feedback to the Leadership Hiring & Assessments Manager where appropriate.
•Manage high-priority, sensitive and business-critical projects alongside business-as-usual delivery.
•Manage search-related Purchase Orders and invoicing.

Internal executive recruitment processes:
•Lead and own end-to-end internal recruitment processes, including job board postings, application updates and interview scheduling support, from shortlisting, first-round interviews, leadership assessments and final interviews through to appointment letter creation.
•Maintain strong and consistent communication channels between hiring team and candidates throughout, keeping all stakeholders regularly updated on the search statuses.
•Collaborate with the Executive Support team at offer stage, through to onboarding stage.
•Ensure a brilliant internal candidate experience throughout, escalating to the relevant executive recruiter where necessary and acting as the first point of contact across the process.
