Why this job matters
You will play a critical role in turning strategic network priorities into clear, actionable requirements that our delivery teams can confidently execute. By providing structured analysis, mapping end‑to‑end processes, and translating complex needs into solutions, you will ensure that our products, systems and workflows are built on a foundation of clarity, accuracy, and measurable value. Working closely with planning, integration, operations, product owners and development teams, you will help shape the capabilities that modernise our network, streamline delivery, and improve performance across the Plan & Build lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
Leading improvement and CI squads to solve operational problems.
• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to define requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Using data to design scalable, efficient and user-focused processes that support business objectives. You’ll be looking for opportunities to simplify, automate and introduce service improvements.
• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies and impacts in a data driven way. You’ll ensure our developments are adhering to governance.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and benefits clearly to support business readiness and adoption activities.
Skills and Experience
• Transformation and change: skills to lead and support transformational change relating to network build processes.
• Senior influencer: must be able to engage, influence across technical and non technical audiences.
• Improvement focus: skills to analyse, question and challenge the way things are done to optimise processes and deliver excellent outcomes for customers and the business.
• Change enablement: strong demonstrable communication skills. Able to follow process but able to recognise and work through the need to adapt to a rapidly shifting technical environment
• Data Visulisation And Story Telling – skills to translate insight into action.
Experience you would be expected to have
• Utilising business analysis methodologies to improve operations.
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels, including workshop facilitation to capture requirements, build business cases and unlock benefits realisation.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery experiences, ensuring adherence to set KPIs.
