What you’ll be doing

•    Strategic Ownership
Define and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform in alignment with business and IT strategy.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new ServiceNow modules and capabilities 
Drive platform innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

•    Platform Governance & Architecture
Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
Oversee platform architecture, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Essential Skills / Experience

  • 5–8 years ServiceNow experience,
  • CSA certification,
  • Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting, 
  • UI Builder, ServiceNow GDT,
  • Playbook, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations, 
  • ITSM/CSM, ServiceNow development fundamentals, solution development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • CAD/CIS certifications, 
  • GenAI, Agentic AI, ITOM, Risk Management/IRM,
  • TMF-compliant integrations,
  • ServiceNow licensing,
  • CI/CD, ATF, custom application development, and complex enterprise integrations.
