A successful candidate will need to be skilled in driving data driven, agile transformational change at a large scale, including providing engaging next generation communication and engagement. Applicants for this role should have knowledge of Financial Servies, can help programmes autonomously and be an experienced SME in Change Management.

What you’ll be doing
• Providing change management and adoption services across high profile transformational projects within Corporate Units
• Design next gen behavioural change strategies which are inclusive of data driven insights, L&D, communications, cultural benefits, change networks & stakeholder management
• Driving programmes in agile delivery within tribe structures so that they address the wide range of change, operational and organisational factors to be addressed to ensure change sticks
• Create, monitor and drive core change KPI’s, to ensure we are landing the change effectively
• Provide overarching change support across the portfolio, helping to develop other professionals around you whilst also creating relevant transformation and sustainable change management strategies
• Identifying the presence of and driving programmes in the resolution of overarching risks, interdependencies, and opportunities across Corporate Units Digital, and related impacted programmes
• Influencing internally and externally, across multiple stakeholders including service providers, external vendors, contractors, offshore and onshore providers, managing directors, directors, and chief technology innovation officers, building partnerships across these groups
• You will need to be proactive and self-driven in the delivery of services to senior stakeholders and will need to lead others to be self-managing in pursuit of business goals, and the wider strategy
• Facilitating workshops including change strategy, logistics and delivery of clear outcomes and benefits
• Working with a global team, tying colleagues across geography’s to drive successful change outcomes for the business
Essential Skills / Experience
• Judicious Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g., business KPIs, business cases). Must be judicious and self-reliant in thinking
• Human centred create transformation, agile change management and business readiness: Expertise in consulting, guiding, and providing assurance in the transformation space. Can use their human centred & agile expertise to streamline active business change activities and learning solutions including defining change strategy, planning, delivery, risk and opportunity management
• Strong project management expertise: Ability to create implement and drive change management plans from initation through to completion
• Problem solving working collaboratively to find creative solutions to problems, handling abstract concepts, ambiguity and complexity with skill and helping others to handle them too
• Storytelling with data: strong expertise in building the case for change, sharing vision, and helping others shape their change journey, drawing on data and methodical techniques where appropriate, and informing this to business audiences
• Engagement/Stakeholder Management: Ability to persuade and influence diverse groups of senior stakeholders both internal and external, with sophisticated capabilities to gain cooperation in complex scenario, navigates conflict and ambiguous situations
• Create of ways of working, tools & systems, structures, processes, interfaces, culture change technology proficiencies and instigate cultural changes, influencing these both within IT, across other parts of BT as well as with partners externally
• Learning and Skills development: ability to define learning needs, collaborate with specialists and L&D to develop and roll out learning interventions, as well as the ability to provide guidance to programmes on learning and skills.
• User focus - Understands users and can identify who they are and what their needs are based on evidence e.g., persona creation. Able to translate user stories and propose relevant change initiatives
• The ability to examine / dispute current thinking and influence new approaches, practices/policies.
• Employ strong writing, editing and content creation skills to create and deliver compelling next gen communications and engagement activities to diverse internal audiences across multiple, dynamic channels
Change Management certified e.g., Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Specialist (CMS), Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM), Prosci Change Management, BQF certified
