What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)
Design, build, and support RPA solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to automate key BT processes, provide BAU support, and deliver right‑first‑time, cost‑effective automation outcomes.
What you’ll need to succeed (Skills & Experience)
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer (Blue Prism), supporting end‑to‑end delivery and BAU support of automation solutions across enterprise environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with Blue Prism (process studio, object studio, queues, exception handling, control room monitoring) for building and supporting unattended automations
- Experience working with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand process requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions
- Knowledge of the RPA delivery lifecycle, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support
- Ability to create and maintain RPA documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, and operational support documentation
- Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change implementation for live automations
- Understanding of governance, security, and control standards applicable to RPA solutions within large organisations
Good to Have
- Exposure to SharePoint for document management, inputs/outputs, or integration with automated processes
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and how it complements RPA solutions
- Experience integrating RPA with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, or structured data sources
- Familiarity with working in Agile / DevOps delivery models
