If successful, recruiters will work with you to coach you through how we assess great talent, the next stage of your application, how to succeed and how to get the most out of the conversations you will have with us.

Interviews

These usually happen between days 25-35.

During our interview process you will have the opportunity to meet various members of our team. Dependent on the role, we may also ask you to complete further assessments outside of interview conversations.

At least one of our interviews will be at one of our BT locations. We actively look to bring our colleagues together in our offices and this will provide you with the opportunity to see our spaces and potentially meet the team.

We will provide feedback to you that will be meaningful and insightful.

Whether your interview is virtual or face to face, we use an online notetaker to support the production of feedback and to ensure our interviewers can thoroughly explore all elements of the topics discussed at interview.
