WAYS OF WORKING

At BT Group we love coming together to collaborate as a team and recognise our successes. We also want to provide you with the flexibility to work around your home life and interests.
3 TOGETHER, 2 WHEREVER
We have two key principles:

1) We believe in being together. This means our office-based colleagues coming together for at least three days a week in the workplace, or with customers. We’d expect you to typically come into your own workplace, but sometimes this might mean other workplaces across BT Group, customer locations, or offsite events.

2) We believe in flexibility. This means up to two days of flexible working per week for most office-based colleagues. On these days you can choose to work from home, your local coffee shop (or back in the workplace for those who want to). It’s up to you to choose what works best for you on those days.
INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE
We ensure that BT maintains a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees, irrespective of their backgrounds, and we provide gender-neutral washrooms to promote inclusivity and diversity.

TECHNOLOGY & CONNECTIVITY
BT supports flexible and connected working by enabling employees to use their own devices and providing reimbursement for mobile and broadband expenses needed for work.
