Improving the way we collaborate at work
We’re currently undertaking the largest workplace improvement programme of its type ever in the UK. The “Better Workplace Programme” will help us to transform the way we work, creating amazing and collaborative spaces for our colleagues.

It all helps us to create brilliant ideas to better serve our customers. It’s a work in progress right now, but we’ve already announced some of our key sites for the future: London, Birmingham, Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Manchester and Bristol. They’ll be more to come in the future too.
Our new workplaces keep staff wellbeing and empowerment as a focus at every turn.
There are a variety of amenities available with the inclusion of cafés, an onsite gym, multifaith rooms and parenting rooms. There will also be dedicated hosts who support colleagues and guests on arrival and throughout the building, and even a resident ‘bike doctor’ to support colleagues cycling into work.
We’re creating a better way to work with the best technology and a simpler approach than ever before.
At our new regional hubs, you’ll need everything you could want to succeed with 5G mobile coverage, full fibre broadband, collaboration areas and flexible workspaces. There’s a world-class event space, a huge media screen in reception and smart building technology to create a working experience like no other.
