Our operations in India have rapidly expanded from a single customer relationship management office in New Delhi (India), to become one of the largest technology companies in the country, with over 12,000 employees, spread across the entities: Global Services, Technology, Corporate functions and Openreach.

At BT, ICT Support is the provision of insight and solutions for our extensive technology infrastructure, as well as assisting with common problems that arise for our personal and corporate clients.

Our India based team of 1800+ technology professionals spread across 6 locations in 4 states are responsible for BT being one of the global research leaders in communications technologies and AI.

As a result, we have filed the highest number of AI-focused patents amongst all UK companies with the UK patent office over the last 20 years.
Corporate Units
We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing our people, finances, shared services, and buildings.

Corporate Units comprises of these key departments: Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facility. We also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too.
