First, we'll ask you to tell us a bit about yourself. Just some basic information about your qualifications and so on.

If you think you might need support during the application process, you can let us know at this point too, and we'll be happy to make any reasonable adjustments.

Once we've received your application, we'll send you a link to our online assessment. There are three parts to this: cognitive, numerical and behavioural. And the whole thing should take around 30 minutes for apprentices and 50 minutes for graduates to complete.

Pass the online assessment, and the next step is a telephone interview. This will be with a member of our recruitment team. The interview is designed to gauge your understanding of, and suitability for the role. It also includes some situational questions. The whole thing takes around 15 minutes..

Next up is an Assessment Event at the location you've applied to. This is likely to include an individual analysis exercise, a group discussion and depending on the role, a technical test.

The final stage will be a face-to-face, competency-based interview. You'll also get to meet fellow candidates, speak to potential line managers, find out more about the role and learn what it's really like to work with us.

From attending an Assessment Event, it can take up to three weeks to let you know if you've been successful.

If you haven't, we'll still let you know and give you the chance to ask for feedback, in the hope that you'll take that feedback on board and apply again in future.
