This role ensures that the Home and TV portfolio is built with purpose and launched with precision. By uniting product development with customer insight, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional alignment, the Product Success Manager bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that every product or feature launch is insight-led, commercially viable, and clearly understood across the business. They amplify customer voice, embedding customer insight into the heart of product, marketing, and commercial decisions. In this role you will drive business impact, by aligning product evolution with measurable outcomes such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), base growth, and net adds and fuel transformation, acting as a catalyst for a truly customer-led culture across Product, Content, and Transformation teams. This role transforms complexity into clarity, and vision into value, ensuring that what we build is not only technically brilliant, but also market-ready, customer-loved, and commercially successful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with Product teams, you will lead product, feature and content launches, ensuring that every product initiative aligns with our strategic customer narrative, is insight-led, commercially sound, and clearly articulated to our business, our Guides, and our customers
  • Working with Insight teams, you will steer the insight strategy to ensure we have sound, actionable insight that drives the wider business to create effective marketing, commercial, GTM strategies
  • Working with Marketing, Commercial, GTM, Sales and Operational teams, you will be the product expert – able to articulate how we are solving customer problems, delivering meaningful value to customers and to the business
  • Working with Networks teams, you will identify opportunities to unite network insight with deep knowledge of the customer and the Consumer business, to deliver meaningful customer and business value
  • Champion Agile ways of working, fostering a culture of iterative delivery, continuous feedback, and cross-functional collaboration

 

What we’re looking for

Strategic & Analytical Skills:

  • Proven experience in translating customer and market insights into actionable product and go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of aligning product initiatives to measurable business KPIs (e.g. NPS, base growth, net adds)
  • Experience shaping and communicating strategic narratives across complex product portfolios

 

Communication and Storytelling:

  • Skilled in simplifying technical complexity, distilling this into meaningful customer narratives that solve problems and deliver value

 

Insight and Data fluency: 

  • Strong understanding of customer insight methodologies and behavioural analytics, with an ability to steer insight strategy and apply findings to shape product positioning and GTM plans

 

Go-to-Market & Launch Execution:

  • Experience leading product and feature launches, migrations, and content introductions
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful go-to-market execution
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards)
