You’ll focus on building strong talent pipelines, attracting high-quality candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, all while aligning with our organisational growth and diversity goals.
What you’ll be doing
•Support the full hiring process, including CV screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, feedback management, offer discussions, and onboarding preparation.
•Proactively source and engage both internal and external talent. Build diverse, high-quality pipelines and share talent across relevant roles to support broader hiring needs.
•Lead initial role briefings with hiring managers to understand key requirements and support them throughout the recruitment journey, advising on best practices and process timelines.
•Ensure all recruitment activity complies with internal policies and processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
•Provide a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages, with clear and timely communication, thoughtful interactions, and a strong focus on inclusivity.
•Support in selecting appropriate assessment methods and coordinating interviews and tasks, ensuring alignment with role requirements and a fair, objective process.
•Monitor and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) and contribute insights to help optimise recruitment strategies.
•Help to embed inclusive hiring practices and ensure diversity is reflected in candidate sourcing, selection, and shortlisting.
•Stay up to date on talent trends, sourcing strategies, and role-specific talent availability, using this knowledge to inform recruitment recommendations.
•Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team, HR, hiring managers, and occasionally external partners to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
•Support the creation of engaging job adverts and help promote the employer brand across different channels to attract top, diverse talent.
•Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement, helping us refine and evolve our recruitment approach over time.
The skills you'll need to succeed
•Proven experience working in large, complex, and global organisations, either in-house or within an RPO environment.
•Strong ability to build, manage, and influence relationships with senior leadership, HR partners, and other key stakeholders in a matrixed or global setting.
•Demonstrated capability to influence hiring decisions, provide strategic recruitment advice, and guide stakeholders through the hiring process.
•Skilled in setting and managing expectations, while effectively prioritising tasks across a busy portfolio — both individually and for team members.
•Track record of meeting personal recruitment targets, and experience in monitoring and achieving team SLAs and KPIs.
•Experienced in managing the full candidate lifecycle, from requisition creation through to offer management and contracting.
•Confident in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring service delivery aligns with recruitment needs.
•Committed to delivering a first-class, inclusive, and engaging experience for all candidates.
•Up-to-date with market trends across diversity and inclusion, selection and assessment methods, employer branding, social sourcing, early careers (apprentices and graduates), and relevant employment legislation.
