What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop fullstack applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Architect and maintain scalable solutions within a monorepo setup (Nx.dev preferred), enabling shared tooling, libraries, and microfrontend support.

• Collaborate with journey squads and product teams to deliver user-centric features and gather feedback early.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on GitLab workflows and common pitfalls (e.g., caching, pipeline performance, flaky tests).

• Integrate with AEM Cloud Services and other CMS platforms to deliver dynamic, content-driven experiences.

• Take ownership of new project lifecycles, from strategic planning through successful deployment.

• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, learning, and technical excellence.

• Work closely with designers and accessibility specialists to ensure inclusive, standards-compliant interfaces.

• Participate in engineering meetups, demos, and informal dev huddles to share knowledge and strengthen team culture.
