Main responsiblities

  • Adopting and implementing appropriate agile methodologies to continuously improve and release value sooner to our customers 
  • Demonstrate use of metrics/data to inspect team maturity, inefficiencies, predictability, and areas for adaptation 
  • Facilitating Scrum Events such as sprint planning, retrospectives and daily scrums where appropriate


Main Skills/Experience required

  • Recognised Scrum Master Certification 
  • Demonstratable experience using Scrum/Lean and Kanban 
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and ability to collaborate/support technical experts
  • Applied experience of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
  • Track record of implementing improvements which has released value or efficiencies faster to the business/customers
