And we use the power of technology to help solve big challenges, like climate change and cyber security.

From day one, you’ll have a voice at BT Group. You’ll get stuck in to tough challenges, pitch in with ideas, make things happen. You won’t be alone: we’ll be there with help and support, learning and development. You’ll make great friends, discover new talents, and feel part of something exhilarating.

This is your chance to make a real difference to the world. Grab it.

What you'll be doing

Does creating quality digital experiences sound exciting? As an apprentice, you’ll get the chance to design and deliver experiences that impact users of BT, EE and Plusnet products and services. We’re one of the world’s leading communications services company. The services we sell are integral to modern life. To continue innovating, we need you and your new ways of thinking to help us create amazing products for our customers.  We’ll teach you human centred design and agile ways of working to help you create new technology and software solutions for the future.

We’re passionate about human insight-based creativity, which underpins everything we do in the Digital Design teams at BT. The work you’ll be doing combines the worlds of user interaction and user experience, so you’ll never get bored.  You’ll learn how to simplify user journeys, define the digital experience of products as part of a squad, translate user needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You’ll do this by experiencing roles in content design, user research, data analytics, product owner and much more.

This role is available in the Digital part of our business.
