Why this job matters
The OR Delivery HUB manages all IT delivery for Openreach, overseeing the workstack from concept through to delivery into live, operational support, and customer testing. This role is crucial for the management of all Openreach IT release deployments within the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) stack.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage the planning, coordination, and deployment for all Openreach IT release changes.
• Act as the key contact across Openreach IT delivery and engineering teams for EMP release deployments.
• Review all planned changes affecting Openreach to ensure changes are fully assessed, justified, and carried out with minimal risk or impact to service.
• Work with all IT-related professionals to manage the IT release deployment and change processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of BT's ecosystems and processes.
• Sound knowledge in Change Management.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to assess and justify changes with minimal risk or impact to service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
Experience:
• Experience in Jira and Service Now is mandatory
• Previous experience in managing IT release deployments.
• Familiarity with the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) stack is a plus.
• Experience working within a large, complex organization like BT.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for EMP release deployments.
• Reviewing and assessing all planned changes to ensure they are justified and carried out with minimal risk.
