What you’ll be doing
Your primary role will be to manage our time off program across multiple countries within SuccessFactors. You should have a problem-solving attitude and a strong technical understanding related to system functionality. This role requires you to be familiar with a broad range of procedures and be able to address what actions need to be taken in specific local situations that may be quite complex. Additionally, you should possess interpersonal skills to guide stakeholders through situations of varying complexity, ensuring the highest levels of resolution, support, and customer satisfaction, in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures.
The skills you’ll need to succeed
• Maintain our time off program for multiple countries within SuccessFactors.
• Deliver efficient and effective resolution to all employee queries and systems-specific requests, providing end-user support as needed.
• Act as a functional expert for time off, demonstrating associated best practices.
• Work with the wider HR Systems and Operations team and third-party vendors for system development in the time off area.
• Conduct requirements gathering and impact assessment for enhancement requests to ensure the proposed solution is ‘fit for purpose’.
• Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and test workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders as needed, training new functionality to the HR population.
• Produce and maintain system documentation (e.g., workbooks, training documentation, change control systems such as JIRA, etc.).
• Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures in assigned business processes.
• Participate in the operational project team for any relevant HR system implementations, especially relating to time off.
Experience you would be expected to have
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Time Off.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of Time Off processes and implementation experience.
• Experience in client workshops for Time Off.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into SF workbook.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Time Off.
• Expertise in project deliverables starting from planning, country mobilization, scoping workshop, project kick-off, user requirement blueprint, system configuration, configuration document, test plan creation, test execution, UAT regression testing, cut-over activities, deployment, Go-live, Hypercare activities, and support.
• Ability to manage competing demands on time.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams at different levels ensuring technical messages are ‘translated’ and understandable to end users and vice versa.
