Scrum Master Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery processes. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, coaching team members, and managing release processes.

What you’ll be doing

End-to-End Delivery Management:
Oversee the entire delivery process from initial front door requests to final delivery.
Ensure seamless coordination between various teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
Monitor progress and address any blockers or issues promptly.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
Agile Practices and Jira Management:
Implement and promote best practices in Agile methodologies.
Utilize Jira effectively to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency in the workflow.
Customize Jira workflows to fit the team’s needs and improve efficiency.
Conduct regular Jira audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Team Support and Coaching:
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to continuously improve.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Release Management:
Manage the release process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute release schedules, mitigating any risks or issues.
Ensure all release activities are documented and communicated effectively.
Monitor post-release performance and address any issues that arise.
