What you’ll be doing
Experience working on requirement analysis, design of complex technology solutions in Telecom or IT Domain covering OSS (Inventory, Order Management, Service provisioning/Fulfilment & Orchestration, Network Activation and Service Catalogue)
Ability to analyse Telco processes, simplify them and develop solutions in alignment with architecture principles.
Analytical approach with experience in describing and building the business processes.
Understanding of IT/telecom service and OSS/IT service provisioning/fulfilment processes; OPF/Order management/Order processing/ITSM workflows
Understanding of UML and BPMN and related notations
Experience in implementation of at least one OSS solution for a Medium/large telecom operator.
Experience on TMF Open APIs or Open API or API based integration.
Understanding of Resource & Service Inventory, Activations, Integrations, Discovery & Reconciliation modules.
Experience on any COTS product.
Experience in direct customer interactions.
Understanding of REST based API’s, SOAP based APIs
Experience in low-code approach applications/solutions
Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Must have good written and verbal English communication skills.
Good team player, effective communication, ability to articulate complex solutions to business and technology audience alike.
Understanding of software development best practices and standards used in project lifecycles.
