Why this job matters

The Data & AI Cluster Lead is a newly created role and is key for this shift to happen. We intend to build a team of empowered individuals living and breathing the ideation, definition and delivery of data products, services and solutions for our customers and wider business.
Working to support the Solution Leads across the Value streams of Sales, Service, Product and our Core Programmes, the Data & AI Cluster Lead will work hand in hand with the CFU/CU Tribe Cluster Leads, partnering to capture and manage demand directly from the Tribe. This demand will then be cross referenced to ensure it aligns with both the agreed Business outcomes and our Data and AI strategy, goals and objectives, ensuring we can commit to on time deliverables that will be prioritised based on value and speed to market. The Cluster lead will also work the respective CFU/CU Tribes to agree the most optimal delivery model for the Data & AI squads to operate. The following example is a guide to how we will set up our operating model, working across the Tribes within the CFU’s/Units:
• Embed -> Resource provisioning
• Partner -> Squad provisioning
• Enable -> Direct outcome delivery
What you’ll be doing
Support the Solution Lead across the dedicated Value Stream in delivering best in class solutions for our customers.
Manage the demand in alignment with the CFU’s/Units/ Data & AI / Digital teams including Data Science, Engineering, Architecture and CDIO’s.
In alignment with the Solution Leads roadmap, work with the rest of the units, CFUs and Business Operations to properly interlock cost and value against each initiative, ensuring this is tracked and fed back to Data & AI Operations teams.
• Manage the delivery of all use cases and the necessary data/telemetry for the Domain across the units.
• Manage the Solution Outcomes in their entire lifecycle against the formalized business cases, ensuring the agreed hypotheses are met, accepted and signed off by the business stakeholders.
• Manage the GTM plan and Adoption strategy for the value streams deliverables in agreement with the CFU/CU/CDIO
Skills/Experience you'll have:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques data sources, data modelling, and statistical analysis.
- Expertise with industry-standard data analytics tools/platforms, in particular cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product enhancements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to structure a strategy into actionable developments supporting key asks of commercial and Digital data product management,
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, is a plus.
- Certification in product management (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

- Product owner certification (MTP / General Assembly / PSPO / CSPO PREFFERED)
