Why this job matters

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint ISC Senior Specialist to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our identity security framework in a cloud-native environment. This role will play a vital part in securing access across hybrid infrastructures, automating identity processes, and driving governance within an agile, scalable platform.

What you’ll be doing

•    Lead implementation and integration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud features including Lifecycle Management, Access Request, Governance, and Role Modeling.
•    Collaborate with cloud engineering and cybersecurity teams to align ISC configurations with enterprise security policies.
•    Configure connectors and APIs to integrate SailPoint with SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Azure AD, AWS, ServiceNow).
•    Build and optimize workflows for identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), certifications, and provisioning.
•    Leverage AI/ML-powered identity recommendations and reporting features within ISC to enhance security posture.
•    Troubleshoot deployment issues and manage updates for ISC modules and configurations.
•    Provide subject-matter expertise and mentorship on ISC capabilities, best practices, and roadmap strategies.
•    Maintain compliance alignment with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

Skills Required

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
•    10+ years in IAM with hands-on experience in SailPoint solutions; 2+ years in SailPoint ISC preferred.
•    Strong understanding of cloud-native IAM architecture and security principles.
•    Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, SCIM, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
•    Proven ability to interpret identity analytics and utilize automation capabilities within ISC.
•    Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
