To deliver on the mission of the Tribe operating model we need an Agile Delivery Lead with deep expertise and experience of agile methodologies and Delivery Execution to drive the multiple initiatives and lead the change in the product operating model.
The purpose of this role is to lead the end to end deliverables for the cluster within the tribes, with accountability of the DORA metrics in partnership with cluster Tech tribe leads. You will empower the teams to delivery on time, frequent delivery with minimal defect leakage and within budget. 
This is a new job role created due to a team expansion and a newly set up Product Tribes. You will work with teams with cross functional squads within the Tribe and wider Consumer Digital.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to determine the project/ product goals, scope, and priorities. 
  • Accountable to stich plans for multiple strategic initiatives and define high level timelines, resources needed and any impact to technical budgets for TLC and TLR impact if any against SI. 
  • Work with the cluster tech tribe lead to break down the project/product into user stories, develop a product backlog and prioritize these stories.  
  • Identify potential risks, constraints, and dependencies. 
  • Accountable for coaching and driving agile changes by doing.  
  • Empowered to remove impediments. When bottlenecks or roadblocks surface, they step in to resolve escalated issues and keep teams productive. 
  • Oversee the end to end flow of delivery for a program of work through Ready, Set Go. 
  • Capture and monitor and measure change log. Push back where change impact delivery plans such as one feature needs to break out multiple features - from complexity, bugs LVT environmental issues. Changes from business initiated re tracked by PD.

Experience Required

  • Experienced leader in delivering and maintaining Agile/Scaled Agile transformation for a large global organization.
  • Significant experience in end-to-end Technology Delivery, Operations management, Business Strategy and/or Change Management.
  • Trusted partner with ability to interact, communicate, collaborate and influence with all levels of organization and build partnerships.
  • Ability to tailor the frameworks to the need and maturity level of the organization. 
  • CSM or equivalent Agile certification  
  • Experience in a scrum master/product owner role delivering projects and products through agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.  
  • Experience in delivering Telco and AI  products  
  • Great at developing new relationships, driving positive change, and highly innovative  
  • Great at developing new relationships, forming strong stakeholder relationships, thoughtfully communicating, driving positive change, and highly innovative and collaborative    
  • Experience in strategic project planning, being a project manager owning that full process for ideation to delivery  
  • Advanced expertise in project management & agile tracking software (Jira/Trello/Monday.com etc)  
  • A basic understanding of software development and development lifecycle is advantageous.
