As a Proposition & Go-to-Market Manager, you’ll create innovative, customer-focused propositions that help businesses succeed and deliver commercial growth for BT Business.
You’ll lead go-to-market launch strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure propositions land smoothly with both sales teams and customers. You’ll also manage and develop your team, supporting them to achieve their goals and grow their careers.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead and develop a team of Proposition & Go-to-Market professionals
• Use customer insight, market analysis, and sales feedback to identify the needs of UK business customers
• Develop compelling value propositions that address those needs
• Work closely with Product and Digital teams to align customer requirements with delivery plans
• Champion the voice of the customer across the UK Sales & Commercial (S&C) organisation
• Define revenue assumptions and support business cases to secure investment in new propositions
• Own propositions end-to-end, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities to evolve, and ensuring targets are met
• Recommend opportunities to simplify and optimise the propositions portfolio
• Own and execute go-to-market plans, coordinating activity to ensure strong launch and adoption
• Shape change to land effectively across all UK sales channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders
• Represent proposition and GTM change in relevant governance and forum meetings
The skills you’ll need

• Proven people leader who can motivate, develop, and support high-performing teams
• Strong experience creating and positioning compelling customer value propositions
• Confident using market insight, research, and analysis to shape propositions and GTM plans
• Solid understanding of B2B markets, including Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Mobile, and Security
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build business cases
• Skilled in translating complex technical solutions into clear customer benefits
• Experienced in project managing go-to-market activity across multiple stakeholders
•Comfortable working at pace, managing competing priorities, and driving results
• Creative, customer-focused, and motivated to innovate
