This role is responsible for driving business readiness across key transformation projects, including training, enablement and stakeholder engagement, helping teams adopt new ways of working in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

 

Sitting within the UK Business People Transformation & Change team, you will support the delivery of critical transformation initiatives, working closely with Programme, Business and People & Culture leadership. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly create clarity and structure, and focuses on delivering real execution and adoption. You will play a key role in redesigning ways of working, partnering across the People Transformation team to maximise workforce impact and realise the benefits of the operating plan transformation.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating change needs into clear, actionable initiatives
• Lead end-to-end design, delivery and review of people transformation initiatives aligned to the UK Business Operating Plan
• Work across multiple projects and workstreams, flexing to priorities and building cross-functional capability
• Drive a strong customer service culture, owning issues through to resolution and identifying improvements
• Provide expert advice to enhance organisational, team and individual effectiveness
• Support strategy, methodology and policy development through insight-led analysis and recommendations
• Analyse and synthesise data to deliver insights, build cases for change and assess colleague impacts, leveraging AI where appropriate

Essential Skills/Experience

• Ability to take a project brief and translate it into clear, practical delivery plans
• Strong delivery discipline, managing work to deadlines and budgets while mitigating risks
• Highly effective at managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels and functions, building strong relationships
• Confident handling complex situations, taking ownership and driving outcomes even where direction is unclear

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Strong commercial thinker with analytical capability to assess financial risk, people impacts and take appropriate action
• Customer-focused mindset, consistently prioritising delivery of excellent customer outcomes
• Proven track record of driving change across HR Business Partnering, people transformation and cultural initiatives
• Role model for honest, constructive and respectful feedback
• Agile learner who quickly builds capability, embraces change and adapts to new programmes
