Your contributions will be critical in driving operational excellence as we expand and deliver a broader range of services. In addition, you will help safeguard the organisation against legal, financial, and reputational risk in how we support our colleagues.

•Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters
•Ensuring all cases are managed efficiently, meeting SLAs and maintaining accurate records within case management systems
•Managing conflict resolution, including facilitated conversations and mediation where appropriate
•Collaborating with HR, Legal, and wider stakeholders to support business priorities and mitigate risk
•Acting as an escalation point for complex cases and supporting the development of less experienced colleagues
•Contributing to continuous improvement of ER processes, policies, and ways of working
