  •  Looking for a PCI MAST Specialist with a proven record of leading and managing a team focused on monitoring and security tools.
  •  Must have at least 12+ years of experience working with monitoring and security tools and a thorough understanding of product functionality and architecture.
  •  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCI DSS standards, team management, security operations, stakeholder management, vendor management, and transition management.
  •  The major roles & responsibilities include:
  •  Lead and manage a team of specialists handling monitoring and security tools.
  •  Ensure adherence to PCI DSS standards and requirements.
  •  Oversee regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance.
  •  Design and oversee the implementation and management of monitoring and security tools areas covering  Log analytics, Network & IT compliance, Automation and Monitoring & Reporting
  •  Ensure timely resolution of product issues with support teams.
  •  Oversee the creation of detailed documentation and low-level designs.
  •  Define scope, deliverables, work plans, and budgets for security and compliance goals.
  •  Provide regular status updates and program reports to leadership.
  •  Optimize vendor management processes and negotiate software licensing agreements
  •  Implement governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and security enhancements.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and optimize security frameworks.

What you’ll be doing

  •  Knowledge of PCI DSS standards and requirements
  •  Experience managing Windows/Linux OS at the enterprise level
  •  Fundamental networking knowledge
  •  Expertise in security governance and risk management
  •  Proficiency in agent/agentless monitoring of servers and devices at the enterprise level
  •  Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  •  Log analysis capabilities
  •  Vulnerability management experience
  •  Stakeholder management skills
  •  Transition management expertise
  •  Project management experience (Agile methodologies)
  •  Configuration management of network devices
  •  Network compliance knowledge
  •  Understanding of Operation Support Systems (OSS) and Network Management Systems (NMS)
  •  IT Service Management (Asset, Incident, Change, and Problem Management)

Must Have

  •  PCI DSS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS standards and requirements (minimum of PCI DSS 3.2.1).
  •  Security Governance: Expertise in security governance and risk management to protect organizational assets.
  •  Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in agent/agentless monitoring of servers and devices at the enterprise level to ensure optimal performance and security.
  •  Disaster Recovery: Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to maintain operations during disruptions.
  •  Log Analysis: Advanced capabilities in log analysis to identify and address security incidents, aiding the ISOC and auditors in forensic investigations.
  •  Vulnerability Management: Extensive experience in managing vulnerabilities, including identification, assessment, and remediation to maintain a secure environment.
  •  Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues efficiently.
  •  Transition Management: Expertise in managing transitions smoothly, including onboarding new accounts and systems into the PCI environment.
  •  Project Management: Solid project management experience, mentoring teams, and following Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time.
  •  Network Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of network compliance 

Desirable

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Experience in IT security and compliance
  • Knowledge of datacentre infrastructure
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
  • PCI DSS Certified (PCIP)
