Why this job matters

We are seeking a skilled and motivated TSNA Software Engineering Professional to join our Configuration Management team. This role focuses on building robust automation solutions for network and infrastructure configuration management. 
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python scripting, Ansible, Docker, and containerization, along with a solid foundation in Linux and networking concepts. You will work closely with infrastructure and application teams to design, implement, and support automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

What you’ll be doing

  •   4+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
  •  Experience with BMC TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA) or similar tools.
  •  Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Django experience will be an added advantage.
  •  Hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker.
  •  Solid understanding of Linux system administration and basic networking concepts.
  •  OSS and NMS: Understanding of Operation Support Systems (OSS) and Network Management Systems (NMS).
  •  IT Service Management: Knowledge of asset, incident, change, and problem management.
  •  Monitoring: Use tools like Dynatrace, Nagios, and ELK stack for monitoring and ensuring system reliability.
  •  Implementation and Support: Experience in implementation, upgrade/migration, support, resolving customer issues, and providing resolution within SLA.
  •  Communication: Strong experience in communicating complex details to technical and non-technical audiences
