We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Network Engineering Professional to join our Global Accommodations Front-Office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by supporting both our regional managers and internal customers. What you’ll be doing

  • Client Support Coordination

    • Manage and respond to client inquiries via email and internal systems.
    • Track and follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
  • Operational Support

    • Assist regional managers with administrative and logistical tasks.
    • Prepare and maintain internal documentation, reports, and dashboards.
    • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Data Management

    • Collect, validate, and input data into internal systems.
    • Generate and distribute regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Process Improvement

    • Support the development and optimization of internal workflows.
    • Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with front-office teams to ensure seamless communication and task handoffs.
    • Liaise with IT, finance, and other departments as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared goals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance

    • Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
    • Conduct routine checks to maintain data integrity and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Teams).
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and administrative support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
