Location
Given the nature of the work in this role, you'll be required to come onside to our office in Ipswich, Adastral Park, 5 days a week.

What you’ll be doing
- This role involves coding and problem-solving skills to design, deliver and maintain software solutions for our customer.
- Experience designing & development in REACT, TypeScript, C#, JavaScript
- This role involves developing and delivering software solutions through automation.
- Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
- Able to get hands on through all stages of the ITIL lifecycle, and to support BAU within escalated incidents. (e.g. incident, change, problem, and release management).
- Understand need of multiple projects and communicate them divisionally and/or cross-divisionally
- Contribute to the definition of the team processes and standards.
- Manage concurrent packages of work, to deliver quality software releases on time.
- Knowledge to deliver following AGILE Methodologies.
- Reviews own work and peers’ outputs to contribute to identify and flag errors or potential issues.
- Help drive strong engineering practices in the team.
- Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution.
- Can develop robust and secure code.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in C# (or similar) backend development.
- Proficiency in React frontend development with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
- Experience in working with modern application frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
- Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns.
- Skill for writing reusable React libraries.
- Ability to write clean, readable React code.
- Understanding basic design principles behind a scalable application.
- In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools, for instance, Git.

- You will need to be eligible to hold a minimum of SC clearance with no restrictions
- You will need to be able to regularly attend Defence offices as per customer / platform requirements
