Why this job matters

The Property and Infrastructure Lawyer will provide legal support on a broad range of infrastructure and property matters, with a particular focus on drafting and advising on documents connected to telecoms and related industry activity. This role involves managing a personal caseload, working closely with experienced legal colleagues, and advising business stakeholders on legal and regulatory considerations relevant to the industry framework in which the organisation operates.

Our team of 10 works closely together to share expertise, support development, and deliver clear legal advice that helps the business move forward with confidence. What you’ll be doing

  • Draft and review property and infrastructure documentation, including leases, occupational agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Manage a portfolio of lower-complexity matters independently while working alongside experienced lawyers on broader issues.
  • Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on industry legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure and telecoms-related activity.
  • Support the governance, oversight, and instruction of external counsel where specialist litigation or formal proceedings are required.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business and influence decision-making up to director level where needed.

Skills and Experiences

  • Qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience, ideally from 2+ years PQE onward.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating property-related legal documents, particularly leases and occupational agreements.
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to telecoms, infrastructure, or comparable sectors.
  • Strong drafting, judgement, and workload management skills, with the ability to handle matters with appropriate supervision.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with legal colleagues and business stakeholders.
