About the role

We are looking for high-impact Full Stack Engineers to build and scale next-generation digital platforms powering millions of users. You will own critical systems end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, and deliver resilient, high-performance applications across web, backend, and cloud ecosystems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own features : from business requirements  design  development  deployment  Observe  Maintain end-to-end
  • Design scalable systems with LLD, component design, and integration architecture
  • Build  at scale micro-frontend and microservices-based applications
  • Understand the complete low-level architecture and know-how of your component and a strong knowledge of the systems you're component 
    integrated with. 
  • Own the development end to end for your components (Solution Design, Frontend, Backend, Database, Cloud Native Apps, Microservices, 
    Serverless Architecture, Caching etc)
  • Implement  (REST, GraphQL orchestration, BFF pattern) API-first systems
  • Enhance API and Portal Performance by innovative interventions (Orchestration, LazyLoading, Caching, Http protocol, Parallel Loading, Vertical 
    Scaling etc)
  • Drive : test automation, CI/CD, performance, and observability quality engineering
  • Own , release management, and incident resolution production stability
  • Collaborate with product, UX (Figma), and business stakeholders
  • Mentor engineers and elevate team capabilities through coaching and tech forums
  • Lead , sprint execution, and release ownership (whenever role demands) technical delivery planning
  • Contribute to building a , strong tech roadmap reducing tech debt
  • Identify innovation opportunities leveraging AI/LLMs, automation, and modern framework
  • Adopt strong engineering practices to have ~0 P1, P2 incident due to technical issues/errors
  • Reflect on 5C ( ustomer First, hallengers, ommitted, lear, onnected) behaviours

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Should have a strong know-how of Javascript/Typescript
  • React.js, Next.js, Micro-Frontend architecture
  • Server-Side Rendering
  • Custom UI libraries, performance tuning, accessibility
  • Good to have: AEM, Adobe Analytics
  • Good to have: Knowledge of payment integrations/workflow
  • Should have a strong know-how of Javascript/Typescript
  • React.js, Next.js, Micro-Frontend architecture
  • Server-Side Rendering
  • Custom UI libraries, performance tuning, accessibility
  • Good to have: AEM, Adobe Analytics

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience in Telco / OSS-BSS / digital service platforms
  • Proven track record of building high-traffic, low-latency systems
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI use cases in engineering workflows
  • Experience with platform engineering, reusable capability design
  • Exposure to analytics-driven optimization (conversion funnels, personalization)
  • Prior experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence initiatives
