Because of the sensitive nature of the high security work you will be doing, you will need to go through additional personnel screening and Government DV Security clearance.


An allowance of £5k per annum made payable monthly may be paid while you hold DV and continue to work in a role that requires DV. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited for this role.


Your role will be in the Business Enablement team where the focus is on working with all the business areas to support the business meeting its objectives. This is a broad role that brings great variety, and no two days are the same.

About the apprenticeship you’ll study for

 As a Business Operations Professional Degree Apprentice, you’ll study for a Level 6 apprenticeship called Chartered Manager. This is an apprenticeship degree course, meaning if you complete the course successfully, you’ll receive a degree from one of our university partners. 


The degree course runs for four years and is a work-based learning degree.


You’ll spend a minimum of 20% of your time learning and studying. 


Entry Requirements

Learners on this programme typically have a minimum of three years' work experience and are currently in, or ready to move into, a management role. 


Nominated learners should: be at a level where you consider them ready for a management role, i.e. on a management track have access to current management challenges within your organisation; hold at least three years' professional work experience (each year does not need to be at management level); be employed as a designated apprentice working towards the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.


Nominated learners MUST hold Level 2 qualifications in English and maths (i.e. GCSEs at Grades 9-4 or A*-C, or equivalent) before starting their Henley apprenticeship programme. Learners must have at least three A levels at grades AAB or higher (or equivalent); OR Learners must have at least two years’ management experience.


In their CV and application statement, they must demonstrate quantitative skills, sound judgement critical reasoning decision-making skills.
