  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from contract creation and mobilisation through to delivery, exit and termination.
  • Complete regular contract reviews and ensure compliance with internal governance and contractual requirements.
  • Manage financial forecasts in partnership with the contract finance team, identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are delivered effectively, with appropriate risk management throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess and record contractual and commercial risks, taking action to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers and partners to support contract delivery.
  • Support business-as-usual activities, projects and new change proposals across the contract.
  • Build strong relationships with contract owners, end users and customers, including regular customer-facing engagement.
  • Create and deliver effective contract exit and termination plans.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen contract and business development processes.
  • Support the effective governance of contracts, ensuring the right processes and controls are in place from creation through to execution.

The skills you’ll need

  • Experience in contract management, ideally across large or complex delivery contracts.
  • Understanding of contract pricing, P&L, cost allocation and commercial risk.
  • Experience managing contract changes, transitions, exits and terminations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess contractual information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience working across complex environments and multiple functions, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
