Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/national-security-vetting-clearance-levels). An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

Why this job matters
To manage, create, grow and maintain learning and development (L&D) activities across multiple projects/contracts and capabilities within the Sector. Be technically current and competent in a wide range of technologies to be able to either design & develop and deliver training to include technical document authoring using the latest training technology, or source them from a supplier/vendor.
This job role can be based in Hemel Hempstead or Ipswich. Onsite (5 days office based). Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborative working across different areas of the business in virtual teams
- Define/develop strategy/policy that supports the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex secure and bespoke training interventions/solutions/programmes necessary to support BT staff's ability to execute the required knowledge, skills and attitude/behaviours (KSA) throughout the full life cycle of project design and delivery through to in life service/support
- Create all technical documentation to support all L&D activities specifically across the managed service.
- Determination of the strategy to fulfil the contractual obligations to train customer personnel (this has now become a determining requirement for new multi-million-pound managed service throughout their duration) by the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex training programmes in order to meet these
