We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Experience team and play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change across BT Business. You’ll be at the heart of turning business challenges into real solutions -translating insights into action, improving processes, and helping us deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers.

As a Business Analyst at BT, you’ll bring structure, insight, and clarity to complex change programmes. You’ll work across digital, operations, product and customer experience, helping us understand current challenges, define future-state processes, and deliver the business design needed to bring strategic goals to life. From scoping and process mapping to MVP definition and senior stakeholder influence, you’ll lead the charge on ensuring our changes are both customer-focused and operationally sound.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading discovery and scoping for new initiatives
- Designing end-to-end processes aligned to customer journeys
- Defining functional and non-functional requirements (including data and reporting needs)
- Collaborating with delivery teams to break work into epics and features
- Driving capability maturity assessments and operating model design
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensuring solutions are robust through “unhappy path” analysis
- Supporting defect triage and resolution during delivery
You’ll need to have
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex or matrixed environment
- Strong process design, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A data-driven mindset - able to shape reporting solutions and influence decisions
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping software
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and MVP/MMP development
- Confidence working across senior stakeholders to challenge, influence, and align priorities
