The Learning & Skills Delivery Trainer facilitates the execution of leading learning experiences delivering curriculums with high quality learning and engaging learning resources and activities.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supports and facilitates partnership with Learning teams to engage the BT Group's audiences with curriculums and training initiatives.
2. Delivers learning solutions to increase organisational capability and enhance learner experience.
3. Provides support for the design and delivery of effective training solutions in line with the BT Group's learning strategy.
4. Collates and gathers feedback from training participants contributing to curriculum review and enhancement, focusing on learning outcomes, satisfaction, continuation, attainment and progression.
5. Undertakes exercises and workshops delivering highly effective and engaging learning activities at various level within the organisation.
6. Ensures the delivery of well formed, appropriate and valid assessments, which allow participants the opportunity to demonstrate the attainment of module and programme learning outcomes.
7. Partners with learning teams to develop programmes, curriculum and training that enhances career progress outcome for associates.
8. Executes and delivers within standardised procedures in order to achieve objectives and the vision of the Learning & Skills team.
