What you’ll be doing

This role requires to carry out process (E2E) and transactional audits on compliance and quality area, for contract teams: 

Organise, conduct, and follow up on compliance and quality audits with the required documentation 

Creating scope for compliance and quality audits 

Review SOP documents and based on them analyse the efficiency and adherence to the processes 

Conduct field work to monitor the adherence to the BT security guidelines and the contract security and compliance requirements in the area of Logical Security, Information Security, Personal Security 

Conduct field work and monitor adherence to the quality guidelines based on the contract  

Testing accurateness of process steps, reviewing and comparing trackers, bills and credit notes with data in different systems in the area of Service request management, Billing and Credit, Inventory, Third Party Cost Assurance, and Commercial towers, identify gaps in the processes and reveal revenue leakage, inaccuracy and non-efficiency 

Generate audit reports, evaluate contracts and setting up recommendations and action plans for contract teams 

Follow-up on action plan completion 
 Identifying future compliance developments and rolling out appropriate compliance programmes to timescales, including managing operational and service requirements. 

Advising key stakeholders in identifying current risks and implementing additional process / tools to help benefit from world class risk management. 

Advising key stakeholders in taking decisions related to compliance and risk. 

 

Skills required

Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences 

Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases) 

Member of a professional body e.g. Institution of Engineering and Technology 

Experience required

Internal Auditing experience/ skillss (manadatory)  

Understanding of the relevant business area in terms of its business priorities. (manadatory) 

Risk framework understanding. (manadatory)   

Exposure to quality, regulatory, compliance or relevant operational role (preffered)  

Should have product and process knowledge 

knowledge of Compliance System Framework   Management and appropriate systems. (preffered)
