About the role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across Digital, Data, AI, Engineering, and Technology functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies, build future-focused talent pipelines, and attract niche digital talent in a highly competitive market.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end hiring across digital, engineering, AI, cloud, and transformation portfolios
- Building proactive talent pipelines for niche and emerging technology skills
- Providing market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks
- Partnering with business leaders to define strategic hiring plans and workforce priorities
- Leveraging data, sourcing intelligence, and recruitment technology to improve hiring outcomes
- Driving inclusive hiring and strong candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle
- Supporting employer branding and digital talent attraction initiatives

Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience in GCCs, telecom, technology, consulting, or digital-first organizations
- Exposure to recruitment transformation or TA automation initiatives
- Understanding of emerging technology trends and future digital capability requirements
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Essential Skills / Experience
- 8–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant exposure to technology or digital hiring
- Experience hiring across engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or product roles
- Expertise in market mapping, workforce planning, and strategic talent pipelining
- Strong experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and recruitment analytics tools
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through market intelligence and hiring insights
