The primary goal of this role is to support continuous improvement and service optimisation across People & HR Service Delivery and the wider People & Culture function in the UK and India. You will contribute to the People and HR Services strategy by enhancing process efficiency and compliance.
As an HR Process Design & Improvement Professional, you will analyse, design, and implement efficient HR processes to boost operational performance. You will collaborate with service owners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and enhance colleague experience.
We seek a detail-oriented individual with foundational knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies, and a basic background in HR, process design, and controls. Your passion for organisational excellence will help identify improvement areas, deliver evidence-based assessments, and recommend actionable solutions.
Your contributions will drive organisational goals, optimise HR and business operations, and improve cross-functional collaboration—shaping a better colleague experience across UK and India.
What you’ll be doing
•Assist in developing and optimising HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Support the identification of improvement opportunities and help drive initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance the colleague experience.
•Work closely with HR leaders, business units, and other stakeholders to understand needs, align HR processes with organisational goals, and implement recommendations.
•Assist in assessing and mitigating risks related to HR processes and controls.
•Provide support and training to HR staff on new processes and controls.
•Help establish testing, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and controls.
•Participate in planning, execution, documentation, and monitoring of project and programme activities.
•Support Process Design & Improvement professionals, enhancing team capabilities and contributing to a centre of excellence for continuous improvement.
The skills you'll need to succeed
•Experience in HR process design, controls, and continuous improvement, with practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
•Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proven ability to support and manage projects.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience with HR software and systems (ServiceNow HRSD is a plus).
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
