We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team here at Etc.​

Helping us build and delivery market leading products that solve real customer problems on a global scale. You will support product, operations and technical teams through the entire product and project delivery lifecycle from discovery right through to build, launch and beyond. 

 

Please note this role will be based 3 days in our London One Braham Office, with 2 days remote. 

 

Role Reponsiblities: 

 

  • Responsible for the whole lifecycle of product from ideation stage, discovery, digital user interface design, and product functionality and features.​

  • Help and support teams to prioritise the biggest customer problems to solve and design the best ways to solve them within your team​

  • Collaborate with teams across the wider business to align plans, unblock development and communicate changes with customers and colleagues ​

  • Get direct feedback from smart people across the company, but you will keep the freedom to make your own calls, take risks and learn​

  • Work closely every day with a multi skilled team of designers, researchers, technical product owners and technical delivery managers​

  • Track and monitor your products performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them​

  • Work in ways that suits you best within your team - enjoy flexibility in how you work. It’s all about your impact on the mission

 

Role Experience: 

 

  • Must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering world class customer products ​
  • Strong in UX and UI with a strict attention to design detail ​
  • Experience in working in and leading a product squad ​
  • You have worked closely with manufacturers and 3rd party suppliers​
  • Have an extensive track record of delivering amazing user experience on iOS and / or Android. ​
  • Able to get the team to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision and draw a clear a path to get there. ​
  • Comfortable with running a large product through to launch or equally happy running 0>1 rapid prototyping and proof of concepts to prove out a product​
  • You can get the team to set its own performance target. You do not waste your time with vanity metrics. ​
  • You can measure your impact smartly and get down to why things have moved. ​
  • You have experience running complex A/B tests to improve the conversion funnel.​
  • You have a good technical understanding so that you can help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features​
  • You should be able to and recognise when the time is right to pivot, change direction, work iteratively and adapt quickly to customer feedback​
