Why this job matters

To manage Change requests raising through agreed customer process, adhering to the required quality, lead time and restriction processes.
In addition to this, the role holder should be able to provide the support to team during period of annual leave, attend customer calls and internal daily BT calls where its required and provide upskilling support to the wider team.

What you’ll be doing

•Working on administrative tasks as well as on execution part of LANPORT changes simultaneously.
•Handling high level escalation raised by customer as a first point of contact. 
•Monitoring the work volume and distribute work among the team member as per bandwidth.
•Doing 4 eye check for all the implementations done by the onshore or offshore team.
•Chairing the monthly call with the team member and management to understand the issue team is facing and looking into the improvement ideas to streamline the project.
•Managing and adhering to the WFM.
•Updating process document on the SharePoint with new updates.
•Good understanding of automation tools like NGAE, IONIX and Netbrain.
