About the Role
As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining the system architecture within BT’s ServiceNow environment. This includes seamless integrations with other systems. You will provide visionary technical leadership, ensuring the platform aligns with the business strategy. You will lead the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring for design and implementation leads, and document best practices and procedures.
• Create and maintain detailed views of the existing architecture.
• Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy and provide consultative technical leadership to the platform team.
• Develop architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
• Identify reuse opportunities and develop the integration strategy between the Now Platform and other enterprise systems.
• Contribute to and oversee the governance processes.
