You will be accountable for owning and delivering customer-centric and inclusive policies and frameworks which align with our wider aspirations to transform reward at BT.

While securing your level of conceptual thinking, you will help guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future proofed, customer-centric and underpin increased business performance.

What you’ll be doing

•Partner with HR and the business to understand and anticipate executive reward needs, providing market data, strategic insight and expert advice.
•Contribute to defining BT’s total reward philosophy and support the delivery of the annual pay review strategy.
•Support the design and continual improvement of customer‑centric, market‑aligned total reward policies and collateral, ensuring all policies are clear, inclusive and enhance colleague experience.
•Collaborate across CoEs and cross‑functional teams to design incentive frameworks aligned to strategic business priorities.
•Partner with the business to implement pan‑BT reward policy activity, engaging effectively with local stakeholders such as early‑talent leads.
•Analyse and present market data to inform policy updates and incentive design.
•Support colleagues across the CoE and wider HR function in driving engagement and understanding of BT’s total reward policies.
