As an Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of our annual total reward cycle and priorities. You will support the design, delivery and analytics of reward activity, helping to maintain strong foundations while continuously improving our practices. With colleagues at the heart of your work, you will contribute to cyclical activities and change initiatives that ensure our total reward approach remains competitive, inclusive and future-ready.

 

This role sits within the Design & Delivery team, operating as a flexible, T-shaped practitioner who collaborates across the CoE to deliver high-quality people products through consistent, transparent and effective ways of working.

What you’ll be doing

•Collaborates within the Design and Delivery team to support key products and programs across Work, Reward, and OD.
•Ensures all reporting and analytics related to the three critical reward conversations are fully tested and accessible during the annual reward cycle.
•Manages ad hoc requests for market data and analytics, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
•Develops data-driven, customer-centric total reward solutions to enhance individual and business performance within CFU/CU.
•Partners with P&C data analytics teams to ensure market data supports career development and progression.
•Serves as the first escalation point for Tier 3 Reward Services queries, using a systems-based approach to resolve total reward challenges.
•Works with Reward CoE peers to develop customer-centric total reward education for key activities, including annual cycles and change initiatives.
•Provides proactive reward modeling and assessment updates that influence CFU/CU total reward budgeting and forecasting, including minimum wage adjustments and other analytical needs.
•Collaborates with Reward Services and other CoEs to continuously simplify and improve total reward delivery.

The skills you'll need to succeed

•Strong understanding of total reward principles, including recognition, and how they impact individual and business performance. Experience in analytics and modelling gained through a relevant degree plus 2+ years’ experience, or equivalent professional experience. Experience of annual reward cycles or reward change projects.
•Worked in HR, Finance, Commercial, or Consulting environments, accountable for commercial analysis, data reporting, and insight delivery.
•Proven ability to build and influence relationships within a large, matrixed organisation (10,000+ employees) across at least two sectors.
•Experience managing pension, compensation, or benefits plans, delivering operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
•Demonstrated success in establishing effective relationships across teams, aligning total reward approaches with organisational strategy and governance.
