Colleague statements

I used to work in an office prior to BT and wanted to push myself and learn new skills. BT offered all the training I needed for my role which made me comfortable as I knew I wouldn’t need to know everything before applying. Working with customers is rewarding, especially when there are faults and they rely on you to get back up and running. Once you get it done you feel like you've done a good deed even though you are just doing your job.
